Because the client thinks the device its running on is an older device and disables those features. To get them back, you could change your User-Agent settings (by going into TizenBrew Settings [BLUE Button] > User-Agent Settings) but this'll disable some features like SponsorBlock and DeArrow.

You don't have to. Thanks to TizenBrew being modular, it updates automatically whenever there's a new update. Newer updates may require an update to TizenBrew itself.
